The interdigittimeout property of a DTMF grammar recognizer does not take effect after you deploy an application that uses the DTMF grammar recognizer on Communications Server 2007 Speech ServerArticle ID: 950239 - View products that this article applies to. SYMPTOMSYou have a VoiceXML application that uses Dual
Tone Multiple Frequency (DTMF) grammar recognizer. You set the interdigittimeout property of the DTMF grammar recognizer
to a certain time span,
and
then you deploy
the application on Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 Speech Server.
You call the VoiceXML application, and then you start clicking
the DTMF buttons
when you are prompted. When you do this, the time-out between two consecutive
digits differs from the time span that you set in the VoiceXML
application. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, install the Communications Server
