Article ID: 950272 - Last Review: November 20, 2008 - Revision: 1.1 The formatting of a plain text message is incorrect when you print the plain text message by using Outlook Web Access in an Exchange Server 2007 environmentSYMPTOMSAs a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 user, you can edit and print messages
by using Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access. When you read a plain text message in Outlook Web Access, the message is displayed
correctly. However, if you print or preview the message, the formatting of the
message is changed. For example, you have the following plain text message that is displayed in Outlook Web Access: A B C D 1234567890123456789012345678901234567890 CAUSEWhen you try to print or preview a plain text message, Outlook Web Access
displays proportional-width formatting instead of fixed-width formatting for the plain text message. This
behavior causes the problem that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 5 for
Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1. For more information about Update Rollup 5 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1, see the following Exchange Help topic: Description of Update Rollup 5 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1
