950437 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950437/) Expensive Transact-SQL queries are generated in the back-end instance of SQL Server when you perform a search in SharePoint Server 2007
950438 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950438/) Error message when you try to manage a site collection in Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 or in SharePoint Server 2007: "User cannot be found"
950439 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950439/) No results are returned when you search for German compound words or for German compound names in SharePoint Server 2007
This hotfix package also fixes the following issues that were not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
•
You configure Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 to crawl a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 public folder. If the subject of an item contains a period (.) or a number sign (#), you receive the following error message:
Content for this URL is excluded by the server because a no-index attribute.
•
On the Advanced Search page, you search a word that contains a brace ({ or }). When you do this, you receive the following error message:
An unexpected error has occurred.
•
Consider the following scenario. You create a content deployment path to deploy content from one site collection into another site collection. You create an incremental deployment job for the content deployment path. You update some content on the source site collection and then run the incremental deployment job.
In this scenario, a primary key constraint violation occurs.
•
You create an article that is based on the custom content type. Then, you perform a crawl on the article. When you do this, the article is crawled successfully. However, when you change the article and then perform an incremental crawl, the article is removed from the index.
•
You apply hotfix 948945. Then, on the search page, you enter and search for a string that contains multiple misspelled words. When you do this, an exception is thrown intermittently.
