SYMPTOMS

You install the Microsoft Conferencing Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook. After you do this, the Microsoft Outlook forms cache file (Frmcache.dat) is deleted every time that you close Outlook.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install update 948738.
