Article ID: 950476 - Last Review: March 12, 2009 - Revision: 3.0 A date or a time is not converted to UTC time in the database for some time zones in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0SYMPTOMSIf a Microsoft Dynamics CRM user sets the time zone to a certain time zone, any date or time that the user enters within the standard part of the year is not converted to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) when the date or the time is written to the database. The standard part of the year does not include daylight saving times. A date or a time that is entered in the daylight saving time part of the year is converted to UTC time.
