SYMPTOMS

When you click the Notes tab in an entity page in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, the content in the Notes tab may not be displayed. Instead, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 stops responding during the loading state.

RESOLUTION

This problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
