CAUSEThis problem occurs because the EnumProtocols function does not work correctly in Windows Server 2008 and was replaced by the WSAEnumProtocols function. Exchange Server 2007 uses the EnumProtocols function when the MAPI application calls the IMsgStore::Advise method. RESOLUTIONUpdate informationTo resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 4 for Exchange Server 2007 SP1.
