SYMPTOMS

In the user settings in a non-English version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, you specify a comma (,) as the decimal separator. After you upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, the decimal separator unexpectedly changes to a period (.).

RESOLUTION
