SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. You go offline in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook with Offline Access. Then, you switch to another network connection. When you do this, you change the authentication from the Active Directory authentication to the Internet-Facing Deployment (IFD) form-based authentication. In this scenario, you cannot go online again by using the new network connection.

RESOLUTION
