INTRODUCTION

Issues that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issues that are not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • When you use the Advanced Find dialog box in Outlook 2007 to search the existing e-mail messages in a mailbox, you may receive the following message:
There are no items to show in this view.
However, number Items is displayed to represent the correct number of found items in the status bar of the Advanced Find dialog box.

Additionally, when you click any column to sort the found items in the column, all found items are shown.
  • In the cached mode of Outlook 2007, you can send an e-mail message that is over the "Sending message size" limit, and you will not receive any pop-up message.
  • In Outlook 2007, you open a shared mailbox that has many subfolders. After you do this, Outlook 2007 loses the connection to the Exchange server. In this case, when Outlook 2007 tries to reconnect to the Exchange server, CPU use is very high on the client computer.
