SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. A user is assigned a manager in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. You try to remove the manager from the user, and you leave the Manager field blank. In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
An error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues check the Microsoft Dynamic CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamic CRM administrator. Finally you can contact Microsoft Support.

RESOLUTION
