In Office Outlook 2003, you cannot open Macintosh binary attachments after you install security update MS08-15

In Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, you cannot open Macintosh binary attachments after you install the security update MS08-15. In particular, you cannot open .jpg attachments. However, other kinds of attachments may also be affected.

To resolve this problem, apply the hotfix that is mentioned in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 951678.
