SYMPTOMS

When you browse through pages under the Microsoft Dynamics CRM folder in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook, you receive script error messages. This problem occurs if you are using Microsoft Office Communicator 2007, and the Communicator 2007 presence is enabled in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create a contact by using your own e-mail address so that the contact shows your presence.
Browse the Contact page in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook so that your presence is displayed.
Browse to the Inactive Contacts page or to any page on which you are not displayed.
Change your status in Communicator 2007.
Browse to another page.
