SYMPTOMSYou use the Wait steps to wait for certain conditions to be met in the workflow rule that you created in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. However, when you run the workflow rule and the conditions in the Wait steps are satisfied, the workflow rule does not continue. This problem may occur if the following conditions are true:
