Description of the ISA Server 2004 hotfix package: April 21, 2008

This article describes the Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004 hotfix package that is dated April 21, 2008. This hotfix package fixes the following issues:

• You download a compressed file that has a .gz file name extension from a Web server by using ISA Server 2004. After you do this, the downloaded file becomes invalid.

• You try copy ISA Server logging entries that have unknown Result Code fields onto the Clipboard. When you do this, the copy operation fails.

Hotfix information

Restart requirement

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.

However, services that are related to ISA Server 2004 are automatically stopped and then restarted after you apply this hotfix.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table.
