recipients in an earlier version of Microsoft Forefront Security for Exchange
Server (FSE), and an e-mail message causes an engine error or an engine
time-out, the sender and the recipient are notified. After you apply Hotfix Rollup 3 for Microsoft Forefront Security for Exchange Server Service Pack 1, two new registry values give you additional options to control or disable these notifications:

Server Security\Exchange Server You can alter the current functionality by changing the values of
the EngineTimeoutNotification and EngineErrorNotification registry values as
follows:
