You cannot open Macintosh binary attachments in Outlook 2007 after you install security update 945432

In Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, you cannot open Macintosh binary attachments after you install security update 945432. In particular, you cannot open .jpg attachments. However, other kinds of attachments may also be affected.
