Autodiscover service for ActiveSync does not work for users in sites that do
not have the ExternalURL property set. If a site does not face the Internet, the ExternalURL property is not set. Therefore, the Autodiscover service for
ActiveSync works only within the site. Users who are in a site that does not
face the Internet cannot be discovered. Additionally, mobile device users are
requested to enter the server name manually. RESOLUTIONUpdate informationTo resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 4 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on the Exchange server.
