Origami Experience 2.0 may not work when you log on to a Windows Vista-based ultra-mobile PC by using a guest account that does not have a password

SYMPTOMS

You log on to a Windows Vista-based ultra-mobile PC (UMPC) by using a guest account. When you do this, Microsoft Origami Experience 2.0 may not work.

This issue occurs when the guest account does not have a password and is not connected to a domain.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because Origami Experience 2.0 does not support this scenario.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods:
  • Create a password for the guest account, and then log on to Origami Experience 2.0 again.
  • Log on by using a different user account that has a password.
