Additionally, the following error message is logged in the Smssetup.log file: Unattended ICP installation on Primary site detected.
The NT machine computer name that's running the SQL server is down. The Windows server computer name that is running the SQL Server is down or not on the network, or your current Windows logon ID does not allow you to access the Windows server. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the Lcpsetup.exe program tries to query data against the default instance of SQL Server. If the default instance is not installed, the installation process fails. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next System Center Configuration Manager 2007 service pack that contains this hotfix.To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Customer Support Services to obtain the hotfix.
