2003-based computer, you use the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in to change the attributes of a user account.
Specifically, you set the Country/region attribute to one of the following values:
Note User accounts that are created by Active Directory Service Interfaces (ADSI) scripts have the correct ISO country code. CAUSEThe current Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in
in Windows Server 2003 does not reflect the updated country
