Important information for Outlook Web Access users about Outlook Web Access customization
When you apply this update rollup package, the update process
tries to update the Logon.aspx file, other Outlook Web Access files, the folder
structure, and themes. If you have changed any of these files, the files will
not be patched. Therefore, Outlook Web Access may not be updated correctly, and
it may display a blank page after the update has finished.
To avoid
this problem if you have changed the logon.aspx file, other Outlook Web Access
files, the folder structure, or themes, rename your customized files. After you
apply this update rollup package, you must reapply your Outlook Web Access
customizations in the logon.aspx file, in other Outlook Web Access files, and
in the folder structure. Then, reapply your custom themes.
For more
information about themes for Outlook Web Access, visit the following Microsoft
Web site:
We recommend that you always make a backup copy of any customized
Outlook Web Access files before you apply the update rollup. For more
information about Outlook Web Access customization details, visit the following
Microsoft Web site:
If you are a Client Access server (CAS) Proxy Deployment Guidance
customer and if you have deployed CAS-CAS proxying, apply the update rollup to
the Internet-facing Client Access servers before you apply the update rollup to
the non-Internet-facing Client Access servers. For other Exchange Server 2007
configurations, the order in which you apply the update rollup to the servers
is not important.

the following Microsoft Web site:
