FIX: Error message when you run a query that contains many OR clauses in SQL Server 2005: "There is insufficient system memory to run this query"

In SQL Server 2005, when you run a query that contains many OR clauses, you may receive the following error message:Additionally, the following error message may be logged in the SQL Server 2005 Errorlog file:

This problem occurs because the buffer pool runs out of memory during the compilation of the query.

The fix for this issue was first released in Cumulative Update 8.
