SYMPTOMSWhen you try to add a user to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 from a trusted domain, you receive the following error message:
An error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.
When this problem occurs, you can add a user only from a local domain. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
