SYMPTOMS

When you run Microsoft Forefront Server Security Management Console (FSSMC) in a cluster environment, FSSMC tries to write the Statistics.xml file to the Antigen\Data directory instead of to the shared drive that is expected. Therefore, the FSSMC server cannot collect data from the server that is running Microsoft Antigen 9.0 for Microsoft Exchange.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install Hotfix Rollup 3 for Antigen 9.0 for Exchange with Service Pack 1.
