Operators group. When you use this user account to disable or enable a Microsoft SQL Server receive location or a
Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ) receive location in the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2
Administration Console, the operation will fail. Additionally, you receive the
following error message: BizTalk Server 2006
