SYMPTOMS

You have a user account that belongs to the BizTalk Server Operators group. When you use this user account to disable or enable a Microsoft SQL Server receive location or a Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ) receive location in the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2 Administration Console, the operation will fail. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
BizTalk Server 2006 Administration Console Failed while Updating the Receive Location 'Receive_Location_Name'. Permission denied. The current user does not have privilege to complete the operation. (Microsoft.BizTalk.ExplorerOM)
When you try to view the details of the problem, you receive the following error message:
Failed while Updating the Receive Location 'Receive_Location_Name'. Permission denied. The current user does not have privilege to complete the operation. (Microsoft.BizTalk.ExplorerOM)

Hotfix information
