Error message when you try to join a meeting from a Windows-based Live Meeting 2007 client or from the Conferencing Add-in for Outlook, and you use a sign-in name that contains an apostrophe

SYMPTOMS

You try to join a meeting from a Windows-based Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 client or from the Microsoft Conferencing Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook. And, you use a sign-in name that contains an apostrophe. In this case, you receive the following error message:
An error occurred while executing this command. If this error persists, please contact your Live Meeting Administrator.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem in the Conferencing Add-in for Outlook, apply the update that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
