SYMPTOMS

When you send an e-mail message in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook, you click Track in CRM or Set Regarding. However, this e-mail message remains in the "In progress" folder of the "My work" queue. Additionally, if this e-mail message is sent to another CRM user, this e-mail message remains in the Assigned folder of the "My work" queue of the recipient.

RESOLUTION
