When you run the TweakUI command in Visual Studio 2008 Team Foundation Server, and then you click View Certificate, the certificate for the Team Foundation Server Service account does not appear.
This problem occurs in the following scenario:

PrerequisitesYou must have Team Explorer 2008 installed to apply this hotfix. Apply this hotfix on the client computer and on the application tier (AT) computer when you require an all-purpose client certificate for the Team Foundation Server Service account.
Restart requirementYou do not have to restart the computer.
File informationThe English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
