When you run the TweakUI command in Visual Studio 2008 Team Foundation Server, and then you click View Certificate, the certificate for the Team Foundation Server Service account does not appear.
This problem occurs in the following scenario:

The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time.
