You cannot access some SharePoint features and resources on a SharePoint Services Web site that is published through IAG 3.6

You cannot access the following SharePoint features and resources on a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services Web site that is published through Microsoft Intelligent Application Gateway (IAG) 3.6:

• InfoPath Forms
• Datasheet View
• Explorer View
• Multiple Office documents from multiple servers

This problem occurs because of a limitation in the e-Gap 3.6 link translation with regard to the client-side script that the SharePoint Server generates.

Prerequisites

To apply this update, the computer must be running e-Gap 3.6 Service Pack 1 (SP1).

Restart requirement

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this update. However, services that are related to IAG will automatically restart during the update installation process.
