SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0:

You perform a quick find.
You try to perform a mail merge.
You perform the mail merge against the All Records On Current Page option or against the All Records On All Pages option.

In this scenario, no records appear.
