folder message at the same time, a conflict message is delivered to the public
folder owner's inbox. For Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, when the name of a
public folder contains double-byte character set (DBCS) characters, the public
folder conflict message is not delivered as expected. And, the following event
is logged in the Application log: Event Type: Warning RESOLUTIONDownload and install Update Rollup 5 for Exchange Server 2007
