Voice messages are not saved when you use Communications Server 2007 Speech Server to start a Microsoft Speech Server 2004 application by using SaltInterpreterActivityArticle ID: 953632 - View products that this article applies to. SYMPTOMSYou have a Microsoft Speech Server (MSS) 2004
application that uses
the
RecordSound control to record voice messages. The application records and saves
voice messages correctly. However,
when you
start
the same application from Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 Speech
Server by using SaltInterpreterActivity, voice messages are not saved after callers hang
up. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, install the Communications Server
2007 Speech Server update package that is dated April 2009.
