SYMPTOMS

When you use a third-party application to migrate POP3 and IMAP4 users, the IMAP4 service may crash during the migration process on a server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. Additionally, an event that resembles following event is logged in the Application log.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 5 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1.
