CAUSEThis issue occurs when the computer is running Windows XP SP3 and when the current time zone’s Dynamic DST registry subkeys are in the absolute date format. The Jerusalem time zone uses the absolute date format. Therefore, the computer uses an absolute date format for the Israel Standard Time subkey.
