Article ID: 953999 - Last Review: February 12, 2009 - Revision: 2.0 Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 does not return the results if you try to export the results to an Excel worksheet after you use the Next X Days condition in the Advance Find query
SYMPTOMSWhen
you
filter
the data of
a view by using the Next X Days condition in the Advanced Find query in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, the correct results
are displayed. However,
if you
try to export the results to a Microsoft Office Excel worksheet by using the Dynamic
worksheet option,
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 does not return
the results in the Excel worksheet. CAUSEThis problem occurs when the criteria in the Advanced Find
query are converted from a FetchXml statement into an
SQL query. The logic that
converts the query passes
two parameters in the incorrect order. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
