Additionally, any Commerce Server 2007 SP2 changes that may have been installed are backed out. CAUSEThis problem occurs because of a problem with the MSI Installer program when certain Microsoft Commerce Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1) hotfixes have been previously installed. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, remove all Commerce Server 2007 SP1 hotfixes before you install Commerce Server 2007 SP2. To remove all Commerce Server 2007 SP1 hotfixes, use one of the following methods.
