Expand all | Collapse all

SYMPTOMS

You enable direct file access for Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access (OWA) in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment. After you log on to OWA, you view the file server. To do this, you click Documents, and then you click the Open Location menu. Then, in the Open Location box, you enter the Universal Naming Convention (UNC) file server name. In the window that appears, the share folders that exist on the file server are listed. However, you may find that hidden folders or files are also listed. If you view the file server by using Windows Explorer, the hidden folders or files are not listed.
