SYMPTOMS

You try to import Best Practices Analyzer (BPA) reports in Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 BPA on a Windows Server 2008-based computer or on a Windows Vista-based computer. However, the Import scan dialog box stops responding, and you cannot import BPA reports.
