SYMPTOMS

After you receive the result of a query in the Advanced Find page in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, one of the following problems occurs when you click Back to Query and then you try to select another value in a lookup type field:
  • You receive an error message that asks you to send an error report to Microsoft.
  • Nothing happens. However, you are unable to change the lookup value.
This problem occurs if you group search conditions by using either the Group AND operator or the Group OR operator.

RESOLUTION
