SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. You use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook,
and you configure a Microsoft Dynamics CRM user to use a Microsoft Dynamics CRM
forward mailbox as an incoming e-mail profile. However, Internet
e-mail messages that contain dangerous or nonprintable
characters in the Subject field are sent directly
to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM forward mailbox.
In this scenario, the e-mail router stops working. And, the
e-mail router cannot process any further e-mail messages. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

remove the e-mail messages that contain dangerous or nonprintable
