SYMPTOMS

On a computer that is running Microsoft Antigen 9.0 for Exchange with Service Pack 1, you may experience the following symptoms:
  • Memory usage gradually increases in the AntigenInternet.exe process. Eventually, the memory usage reaches unusually high amounts. For example, the memory usage may reach 700 megabytes (MB).
  • E-mail messages remain in the SMTP outgoing-mail queues.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install Hotfix Rollup 4 for Antigen 9.0 for Exchange with Service Pack 1.
