After you upgrade to Windows Internet Explorer 7 on some Sony computers that have the VAIO Support Agent software installed, you might be unable to connect to the Internet or your computer might not respond when you try to connect to the Internet. You might also receive the following error message when you try to view a Web site:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
The VAIO Support Agent software is preinstalled on some Sony VAIO computers. The VAIO Support Agent software might prevent Internet Explorer 7 from connecting to the Internet after the upgrade.
The component that prevents the Internet connection is the Server.vbs component.
Step 1 Determine whether you can view another Web page.
