SYMPTOMS

You use Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 together with a GN9350 headset to make a call. However, the call ends when you mute the microphone by doing one of the following actions:
  • You use the mute button on the headset.
  • You click Mute microphone in Communicator 2007.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install the Communicator 2007 update package that is dated July 2008. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
