A required update is available to enable a feature in BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2.1 that allows for country code validation and currency code validation by referencing the database tables

When you configure Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2008 Message Pack, you have the option to create a new database group or to use an existing database group. By default, the existing database group is A4SWIFT. The new tables that are created after you configure BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2008 Message Pack are as follows:

• CountryCode_List
• CurrencyCode_List
• LegacyCurrencyCode_List

Additionally, BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2008 Message Pack contains a feature so that you can use these tables to perform country code validation and currency code validation. The Business Rule Engine (BRE) uses these tables to validate messages starting in BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2008 Message Pack. However, to enable this feature, you must apply this update before you install BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2008 Message Pack and complete the BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2008 Message Pack installation guide.

• This update is a prerequisite to install BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2008 Message Pack.
• To make this feature work correctly, you must follow the BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2008 Message Pack installation guide to complete the configuration. You can download the installation guide by following the instructions in the "References" section.
