Internal Database are larger than or close to 4 gigabytes (GB), the WindowsInternalDatabaseMigration rule displays a warning message that resembles the
following: The following databases are hosted on Windows Internal Database and are larger than or close to 4 GB in size and will require additional administrator intervention to upgrade: For each database Database Name The large size of a database can prevent it from being upgraded. When you receive the warning message, you must move the site collection to a different database or to a new database to reduce the effective size of each database. Alternatively, you can move or migrate each database to a different SQL instance before upgrading. Note Pre-Upgrade Checker ships in Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 Service Pack 2.
