SYMPTOMSWhen you open, close, reply to, or forward e-mail messages in
the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft
Outlook stops responding. This problem occurs if you process many e-mail
messages at the same time. For example,
Outlook may stop responding if you open or close 20
e-mail messages at the same time. Additionally, an error message is logged in the Application log that resembles the following error message: Event Type: Error Event Source: Microsoft Office 12 Event Category: None Event ID: 1000 Date: Date Time: Time User: User_Name Computer: Computer_Name Description: Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.6023.5000, stamp 46574050, faulting module outlook.exe, version 12.0.6023.5000, stamp 46574050, debug? 0, fault address 0x0001386a. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
