The AntigenInternet.exe process may stop responding on a computer that is running Antigen 9.0 for Exchange with Service Pack 1

SYMPTOMS

On a computer that is running Microsoft Antigen 9.0 for Exchange with Service Pack 1, the AntigenInternet.exe process may stop responding. Additionally, an event that displays bucket ID 367405185 is logged in the Application log.

CAUSE

This issue occurs when the AntigenInternet.exe process tries to communicate with the AntigenService.exe process. However, this communication fails because the reference to AntigenService.exe was not initialized.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install Hotfix Rollup 4 for Antigen 9.0 for Exchange with Service Pack 1.
