Known issues and behavior changes

  • All shared files are unexpectedly reverted to RTM instead of SP1 after you uninstall the 2007 Office suite SP2. This issue occurs only if you have a both of RTM and SP1 on a computer, then you install and uninstall SP2 later.

Note If all Office products are RTM, this issue does not occur. If all Office products are SP1, this issue does not occur. To work around this issue, run the repair of SP1.
  • If you run Oarpman.exe on a Windows Vista-based or Windows Server 2008-based computer where some applications are being used, Windows Restart Manager closes the applications unexpectedly.
